If joining both NEFAR & realMLS:
- Hold a current, active Florida Real Estate License and/or
- Hold a current, active Florida Certified Appraiser License
- You are a Qualifying Broker and/or a Managing Broker
- You are a Licensee-Broker must be a current, active realMLS customer
- Hold a current, active Florida Real Estate License and/or
- Hold a current, active Florida Certified Appraiser License
- You are a Qualifying Broker and/or a Managing Broker
- You are a Licensee-Broker must be a current, active realMLS customer
- Customer in good standing with another Realtor Association in the State of Florida
If subscribing to realMLS only:
- Hold a current, active Florida Real Estate License and/or
- Hold a current, active Florida Certified Appraiser License
- You are a Qualifying Broker and/or a Managing Broker
- You are a Licensee-Broker must be a current, active realMLS customer
- Customer in good standing with another Realtor association in the State of Florida and does not hold a membership with our local Association
- Broker and all individuals within the Firm who are not members of any State or National Realtor Associations, and whose Brokers also hold no affiliations to any State or National Realtor Associations.
- All must hold a current, active Florida Real Estate License and/or
- All must hold a current, active Florida Certified Appraiser License
What's Next?
Once you complete the application process and payment with NEFAR (if applicable), your information will automatically be received by the realMLS Customer Care team. All other applications should be sent direct to customercare@realmls.com for processing.
Our Customer Care team will process your application and send a welcome letter, typically within one (1) business day of receiving notification from NEFAR or your application. This letter will contain:
- MLS dues amount and instructions
- Includes a one-time application fee and prorated MLS dues amount
- Member ID and Password
- Allows access to your realMLS customer portal
- Same as your NEFAR ID
- realMLS username and temporary password
- Grants access to the realMLS dashboard including the Flexmls system
- Instructions on how to complete the required realMLS orientation
